I have to get that down to 30 in the next few weeks and be below 14 stone for my holiday in april.
I spent loads today. I had to pay for weight watchers and i went to tesco and bought my lunch for the next few days.
I made a tuna salad and porridge for brekkie. i made enough for everyone in the house.
Mam said she'll be making us WW dinners. I'm delighted she's helping.
Today i ate kinda ok ? i had two slices of white toast :( , a salad from subway and then roast beef dinner.
till tomorrow and my first night back in the gym... sweet dreams all !
