Back to the gym tonight

Ok i had a very go day today i think ? breakfast was porridge, had to use full fat milk though as there were no low fat in work. had that around ten, then at 12 i had some small sushi. tat kept me going till 2 when had my salad with chicken and a wrap. it was really nice. for dinner i had bangers and mash from m&s low fat range. it was delicious and only 5 1/2 points. the i went up to the gym and did just under an hour of cardio.

Fell great now going to bed tonight. Sorted everything out with sue this morning and everything is great.

Weekend starts tomorrow and this is going to be very very hard !
