have you missed me ?

ok so i've missed a few days now but not everything went wrong ! on friday i had porridge, ww lunch, ww pizza for dinner and four pints of coors light. saturday didn't have breakfast but had ww lunch and then some soup and brown bread for dinner in the nut house. then i let myself down by having 3 packets of king light crisps. today i had sushi and chicken salad for lunch, ww cottage pie for dinner. fingers crossed for tomorrows weigh in.

as Forrest says..... shit happens .

Back to the gym tonight

Ok i had a very go day today i think ? breakfast was porridge, had to use full fat milk though as there were no low fat in work. had that around ten, then at 12 i had some small sushi. tat kept me going till 2 when had my salad with chicken and a wrap. it was really nice. for dinner i had bangers and mash from m&s low fat range. it was delicious and only 5 1/2 points. the i went up to the gym and did just under an hour of cardio.

Fell great now going to bed tonight. Sorted everything out with sue this morning and everything is great.

Weekend starts tomorrow and this is going to be very very hard !

first callenge !

well tonight was hard, i went out for a few drinks but i drank coors light all night. 8 bottles which equal nearly 12 points ! all i had today was a bowl of porridge and my tuna salad. but i did have a slice of white bread and a taste of sue's pizza.

me and sue had a little argument tonight over what i said about food. i know it's hard for her to understand because i've gone from having anything i want to drastically cutting out things. i'm sorry i'm putting her through this but she's amazing and i know she'll support me no matter what.

I'm really committed to making a change.

First day back in the gym !

ok so i went back to the gym today. i done just under an hour cardio. jesus i'm so unfit. spent loads as well today, bought some new runners and a hat. they were just under €50. I missed breakfast today because i forgot my bowl. i was in a bit of a rush tis morning cause i got up at 20 past eight. so i started today with my salad at 12. it was too much for me and i couldn't eat it. ialso had a cuppa soup. then for dinner around half six i had a weight watchers curry. 4.5 points. wen to the gym then and now im in bed. talk to you tomorrow.

Just joined weight watchers !

I went along to a weight watchers meeting tonight in town. I weigh 15 stone and 10 pounds ! AAAGGGHHHHH !!! I know ! an i'm only 5" 9. i have a bmi of 32.6. Thats proper obese !

I have to get that down to 30 in the next few weeks and be below 14 stone for my holiday in april.
I spent loads today. I had to pay for weight watchers and i went to tesco and bought my lunch for the next few days.

I made a tuna salad and porridge for brekkie. i made enough for everyone in the house.

Mam said she'll be making us WW dinners. I'm delighted she's helping.

Today i ate kinda ok ? i had two slices of white toast :( , a salad from subway and then roast beef dinner.

till tomorrow and my first night back in the gym... sweet dreams all !

First blog post ever

ok here's the plan ! it's 2010 and i need to sort a few things out. First of all my weight ! 'll attending weight watchers and hitting the gym hard oe the year so hopefully that'll be sorted.

Slowly but surely i plan to lose about1-2 pounds a week and hopefully keep it all off !

I'll post my starting weight on wednesday and my whole experience of weight watchers.

Te second thing is my finances. I have a well paid job now at the minute and as soon as i get paid each month i tend to blow all my wages.

So this blog will be used to record all my daily eating and spending.

I will also review all the healthy lunch options in dublin 2 as well keep track as to how my study is going for my CIP ( certified insurance practitioner ) exams this year.

If my spelling is a bit poor please bear wit me as i do suffer mildly from dyslexia.

My starting budget is €190 an i'll give myself €250 per week wages and hopefully that'll easily cover me.
